The local neighborhood shop has long been a community staple in the East End of Houston. This is what we’re looking for in our retail partners. The project will feature 25,000 SF of unique and independent retail. With a short walk from our multi-family and commercial tenants, The Mill is creating a scene in the East End that everyone knew they needed, yet did not think could exist.
